Description Nagiruon is a trapper that was sealed away by the undead 2000 years before the Great seige started. He was released to help win the war for the undead.
Movement Speed: 350

Abilities:Razor Web: Creates a web thats is as sharp as razor wire. Shoots the web around the target slowing it 30/40/50/60/70% movement speed. Every time the hero moves the wire digs deaper dealing 2/3/4/5/6 bleed damage for 15 seconds*dose stack for more movements*Lasts 25 seconds.

Blinding Shot: *auto cast on attack* Nagiruon aims for the eyes when he attacks, blinding the target. Reduces chance of hit by 10/20/30/40/50% for 30 seconds.

Web Wall: Nagiruon creates a wall of web in the targeted area. Enemies can not pass though the wall, however allies can Slows enemies withing 500 range by 15/20/25/30/35% *Stacks with Razor web*. Lasts 25 second.

Massive Razor Web:A stronger Verson of Razor Web. Shoots the web under the ground after 2 seconds the web grabs ALL enemy heros on the map. The web Squeze tighter then the last verson. Holds all enemies for 10 seconds and deals 35/40/45 damage per second *350/400/450 damage total*

I love the ideas, but can you diverse ability names? Razor Web and Massive Razor Web, just sounds like it is, stronger. Boooring, im sorry. But otherwise ur ideas are cool, and again love ur choice of model AND background

1:25 seconds of 70% slow and every time he moves lets say 100 range does 1 more damage after 6 bleeding damage per second per 25
2:Blinding shot makes u almost unable to hit for 30 seconds that make u easy pick off target with the razor web on u
3:Stacks with Razor Web hahaha barely anyone gets boots anyway in that game cause everyone is already fast so basically your stunning them cept they can cast
4:Global entangling roots of 450 dmg and keeps em for 10 secs wtf do u need to have 20k life to survive
and thats why its rigged i really dont have a positive comment about this hero

I never look at values that people type up. I look at the actual base idea, since it doesn't matter, if they don't get made, they can't be rigged. But yah if it were a real hero then yes, tehman it would be rigged

At least try and make it reasonable values sometimes people are like 100 thousand million billion damage in a global Aoe with a trillion damage DoT per 1 second for 10,000 seconds (effects even when dead)
