Tesla Rifle (Experimental Weapon using lightning as an offensive tool)

The tesla rifle gathers negative electron particles from the atmosphere and charges them to attack enemies. The gun is powerful, but only damages biological objects (not vehicles). Every second you do not fire charges the weapon, up to 5 seconds maximum. Also, the more powerful the lightning is, the farther it will knock someone backwards.

ON THE OTHER HAND..: When used on a weapon, it powers it down for up to 10 seconds and cannot be used.

Sounds pretty cool, but how do u use it on a weapon?
