Arecaz the Doom Cleric

Well I am leaving the site again. I figure this is my last hero so i am just making one for the hell of it hope you guys get some members.

History:Arecaz was once a High Cleric of the Allied Mages Order he was one of those who followed Arthas to the Undead Scourge. With his powers he would soon lose all of his humanity as his dark powers consumed him and now he uses his powers against his adversaries.

Spells:
Obliterate Magic(Passive):Arecaz uses his greater magic to reverse and destroy that of his enemies. This Effect occurs every 5 seconds in a 500 AoE. 50% of the time his units will gain Positive effects of Enemy while the Enemy takes there Negative Effects. If a unit is under the effect of a DoT it will reverse all effects and actually heal the unit by a percent of the damage that was being taken.Will Also destroy all Non DoT Negative Buffs.
20|40|60|80|100% of the Damage that was being taken by the DoT will convert into HP

Death and Decay:Arecaz uses his dark powers to slowly decay all units in an area(non channeled). For every dead body in that 300 AoE the damage will increase. For every person killed within that area 2 skeletons will arise per body. The Skeletons last 8 Seconds and deal 15-18 damage and have 250 Hp.Lasts 8 seconds.

Hell's Touch(Auto-Cast):Arecaz uses his powers to Enhance his allies in combat. Giving them additions in Armor and Damage. While under these effects if this person kills a unit the unit will become a large fireball. The Fireball will wait 3 seconds then explode doing damage.This Effect Lasts 10 Seconds.

50/100/150/200/250 Damage Per Explosion

Spell Icon:Dark Ritual
Spell Apperance:None,Fireball floats in midair where unit died then explodes.

Ultimate:Death's Presence:Arecaz summons the power of the Grim Reaper. This causes Arecaz to have Death Aura which deals Damage in a 350 AoE every second. It also gives him death gaze which every 5 seconds will shoot out a large lighting bolt in a line dealing damage.Lasts 20 seconds.
Death Aura:10/20/30 Damage Per Second
Death Beam:60/120/200 Damage Per Beam(Shoots in a Straight Line)
Spell Icon:Grim Reaper Icon
Spell Appearance:Gives everyone in a 350 AoE a swarm of Locusts that fly around them. Death Beam is Finger of death Projectile but shoots in a straight line for 500 Range.

Death and Decay: Over powered, if used on like 5 dead bodies, you end up with 10 skeltons each having 250 hp? I don't think so

Ult summon, not a good idea, summons become very underpowered late game

lol... almost sounds like blackmailing.

Just cuz I only add negative comments doesn't mean anything, this hero is very good to tell the truth.

He basically left the site and isn't continuing TGS and why is he even making something for teh team fortress 2 and if he says for his friends that's BS cause if they actually liked him the would come on the site and post at least a few times and CS:S i can understand cause everyone plays that (unfortunately)

I was kidding learn to take a joke

well I guess I can't talk, I make rude jokes all the time. I always think im being funny (and this is in public not on forums), but then I end up making someone mad instead of laugh. It makes me all confused. I wish more people had the same sense of humor as me.

I can make all my friends laugh and people on the street laugh all the time one day i walked up to a guy slapped him on the ass gave him the wink and the gun then walked away smiling i came back we looked at each other and we laughed for like 5 mins

well see I don't go around slapping guys on their rear
