More Information: This hero is very dependable on other units, having no vision, very slow attack speed, and spells that are highly dependant on teammates.

Spells: Infusion - Takes control of the target allied unit, adding 60/70/80/90/100 Attack, 75/150/225/300/375 health and 1/2/3/4/5 Defense, but causes Tetriarch to disappear. The unit also gains the ability Defuse, which causes the unit to die, but Tetriarch reappears.
Cooldown: Extreme, Casting time 2 seconds.

Diversional Beam - Focuses a red lightning bolt at the target, causing great pain, depending on how many allied units are in the area. 50/75/100/125/150 damage per allied unit. Mini Lightning bolts come from the units in the area.
Cooldown: High, Casting time 2 seconds.

Tetriarch's Vision - Summons an eye to spy on the area. The eye has 100/200/300/400/500 health, recovers .5/1/1.5/2/2.5 health per second. Has 1800 vision both during day and night, and has the ability Fargaze, which lets it view a targeted area for 3 seconds.
Vision Cooldown: Medium, Casting time 3 seconds. Duration 10 seconds.
Gaze Cooldown: Very Low, Casting time 0 seconds. Duration 3 seconds.

Ultimate: Infinity Shift - Causes reality to bend, instantly moving enemy UNITS to random locations all over the map. Enemy heroes are slowed by 20/40/60%. This spell also has a 3% chance to stun all units on the map for 3 seconds. Shockwaves constantly move out of Tetriarch (for effect). And random allied units near him will transform into Ultima Minions.
Infinity Shift Cooldown: Insane, Casting time 0 seconds. Duration 15 seconds (Channeling)
Minion Stats: 20 Attack, 175 Health, 1.30 AS, 375 MS. Red Makura Model.

Perhaps to Make him Stronger versus heroes to make him a fighting hero so he has some defense:
He has an Innitiate
For All Units and Heroes in the Area he gains 1 Damage
For All Heroes 2.5 Armor
For All Allied Units:+2 Hp Regen
For All Enemy Units:+.2 AS

This is Per Unit Just and Idea though

The Watcher thing could gaze an Area 5 times like you drop it it lasts 30 seconds every 6 seconds it lets out an AoE Reveal which has a 50% chance to show invisible units

nice hero...the beam seems a little overpowered though...150 damage per ally unit also...what skin is this hero

A Lich would fit this guy perfectly

anyways, yes the beam is powerful, but u have to remember that it's his only attack spell, and it is easily avoidable. He shouldn't die so easily, he has a shitload of health, but that's like... his only stat. I made this a pro, but extremly dependable on teammates, hero

How you werent even specific enough to say if it was in a line and atleast if he is summoning it he should get like a red dot over him or somethin so u can run and the mini lightning bolt doesnt even specify on who and how much damage and a shitload of health is what u say is just a tank meaning this guy is like invincble spell caster and with such a low int how is he suppose to cast spells honestly i just dont think this hero would be very fair

it's not in a line, it's single target. Read the descriptions.
at a high level this spell won't hurt enemies too much. DR can balance it if he even works on it.
Spells don't always have to cost mana. And he only has one attack, he is slow, his powerful melee attack is easily avoidable.

Yeah but Early Game in -APAlly about 10 Allies around 10 times 150 at a single target not even in a line unavoidable is like 1 k dmg then u take over one of the allies he is running at 100 dmg per hit ownt...
Then Infinity shift game over everyone ownt

1-Early game he won't have that spell at the final level. By the time he gets it, people should have some more durable health.
2-Infinity shift is not game over, he has to channel it. I'll make it so that if he gets attacked then the channeling ends tho

Im sorry DR but i am also sorry to psych well majorly sorry to him but that is an awful choice of a hero to make sight range zero wtf =\ and then if its global it doesnt matter 1 hero at low hp and u sit next to well and do it and either way 1.5k dmg to a single target without a chance to dodge all int heroes are doomed most agil are and str pfft 1/3 hp gone late game and infusion you can just use the guy as a dummy as u get pounded if u die outside hey doesnt matter on the inside cause then he just reappears and 1800 seeing jesus might as well reveal hole map

those are base numbers, as always, doc can edit them to the way he likes
