MySQL and PHP in DreamWeaver

Hey, I need to know a few things about MySQL and PHP in DreamWeaver.
How to:
1. Create a MySQL access database (and how to add rows/tables)
2. Access that database in DreamWeaver
3. Edit Rows and Tables with PHP.
4. Base a site on the database (Rating games, Comment systems, etc.) with PHP
Someone please help, and you could also use this opportunity to make a tutorial. I would certainly give some stats and gamer cash!
