PSY2000 [PSY2K]: Failed weapon project because the weapon's accuracy was found to be terrible. The weapons fires extremely fast, has a large ammo hold, and deals decent damage. Drawbacks are weapon efficiency and long reload timer.
Special: If dice rolls on even number deals damage, if dice lands on odd deals half damage.
